Men’s Health Camp in Kos 2023
Men’s Health Camp in Kos 2023, Day 4, and my first calisthenics session. Totally loved it and hope to implement calisthenics into my normal trainings. 🙂
Ski weekend in Gerlos.
The season is coming to an end soon, sadly. Thanks for every congratulation for my Birthday. Was unable to answer every one, but seen them all.

Leogang
A week after the amazing @mtb_academy_official Freeride Camp in Serfaus, we are already practicing the new techniques in Leogang spectacularly. How Stefan Herrmann and the other coaches always can teach more with every camp, matching to your level. Proud to be a part.
